What this form is for
The contact form exists for questions about Skol that do not involve sensitive material. Staff read and reply in English, so a message in any other language will be slower to handle. Keep the message to the point: a query about a game, a complaint about the site experience, or a request for general information. Anything that touches money, identity or account access belongs elsewhere.
Keep financial and personal data out of the message
Never send a password, a card number, a bank account reference, a copy of a passport, a utility bill, or any other document scan through the form. The form is not a secure channel for that material. A legitimate operator will never ask a player to transmit such details through an open contact page. If a reply requests them, treat the request as suspicious and stop the conversation. The form is for words, not for files or credentials.
Where to go instead
A player who is struggling with gambling should not use this form at all. The responsible-gambling section of the site lists the recognised help organisations and the self-exclusion tools that apply to Skol accounts. Those routes are confidential and handled by people trained for that work. The contact form will only delay a matter that needs immediate, specialist attention.
The same applies to a dispute about a withdrawal or a payment. A query of that kind should go through the operator's own complaints channel, where the case can be tracked properly and escalated if necessary. The contact form is for casual correspondence, not for a record that may need to be reviewed later.
How the team handles messages
Messages are read and answered in English. Turnaround depends on the volume of incoming mail, so allow a reasonable time before following up. A single, well-written message will get a faster response than several short ones. If the matter is urgent, the appropriate channel is the one described above, not the form. The team cannot act on financial matters, cannot reset a password, and cannot change account settings from a message sent here.
Anything sent through the form should be treated as readable by more than one person. Write only what you would put in a postcard. Everything else has a dedicated, protected route, and those routes exist for a reason.
